Who we are
These terms are between you and Second Growth Games ("we", "us"), based in California, USA. They cover the website secondgrowthgames.com and our mobile games, starting with Lumber Loader.
By using the website or the games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Age
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games.
You agree not to:
- cheat
- reverse engineer the games
- exploit bugs
- use bots
- resell accounts or items
Virtual items
Coins, boosters and bundles are virtual items. They have no cash value. They are not property. You cannot exchange them for money.
Purchases are final, except where the store's refund policy or the law says otherwise. Refunds go through Google Play or Apple, not through us.
We may change or rebalance virtual items. We cannot always restore lost progress.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Third parties provide them. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
Our content
All games, art, music and names belong to Second Growth Games or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
Availability
We provide the games "as is". We may update them or discontinue them.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the games will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months, or US$50 if that is more.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
The laws of California, USA, govern these terms. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Store terms
Apple's and Google's terms also apply when you get our games from their stores.

Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the games after that date, you accept the new terms.
