Privacy Policy
Who we are
Second Growth Games ("we", "us") is based in California, USA. This policy explains what data we handle when you visit secondgrowthgames.com or play our mobile games.
What this covers
The website at secondgrowthgames.com and our mobile games. The first game is Lumber Loader, a log-truck puzzle game. Our games will release on Google Play first, then the App Store.
The website
The website is a static page. It has no cookies, no analytics and no forms.
The browser version of Frontiers at secondgrowthgames.com/frontiers asks before it sends any play statistics. If you say yes, it sends the same first-party gameplay events as our mobile games (described below) with a random player ID; if you say no, it sends nothing. You can change this at any time in the game's Settings.
Our host and CDN, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as your IP address. It does this to deliver pages and to protect against abuse.
What the games collect
With your consent, we collect first-party gameplay events. These are:
- install
- session start
- level start, win and fail
- rewarded ad watched
- purchase
Each event carries a random install/player ID generated by the game, a session ID, the game version, the platform, timestamps and the acquisition source. Events go to our own server.
We use these events to see how people play and which ad campaigns lead to installs.
What we do not collect
- Names
- Email addresses
- Contacts
- Precise location
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
There is no cross-app tracking. The games show no App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we do not ask for the advertising ID for tracking.
Install attribution
On Android, we read the Google Play Install Referrer. It tells us which ad campaign, if any, led to the install. We keep it with the consented events.
Ads
The games show optional rewarded ads only. You choose to watch one in return for a reward. Each lasts 30 seconds or less and has a clear close button. There are no banners and no interstitials.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device and connection information, such as your IP address and device identifiers. It does this to serve the ad, measure it and prevent fraud. Google's own privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
We request non-personalised ads where the platform lets us.
Purchases
In-app purchases are optional. They include coins, boosters and bundles. Google Play or Apple processes them. We never see your card details.
We receive a purchase or order record. We use it to deliver the item and to prevent fraud.
How long we keep data
- Raw gameplay events: up to 90 days.
- Attribution records: up to 30 days.
- Player IDs that are inactive for 90 days: deleted.
- Backups: expire within 30 days.
- Anonymous aggregate totals: up to 60 months. They contain no player IDs, and each group has at least 20 players.
Your choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw analytics consent in the game's Settings.
You can ask for access to your data, or for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] with the player ID shown in Settings.

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights:
